These terms
RitBix is made by Elentus ("we", "us"). By using RitBix you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which covers the app license itself. Our Privacy Policy says what we store and why.
Who can use RitBix
You must be an adult (18 or over) to have an account. You can plan and log training for other people, including juniors, if you are a junior's parent or guardian or have their parent's or guardian's permission, and with an adult's agreement for anyone else.
Training safely
RitBix is a planner and log. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't know the people you train. Check with a coach or doctor before starting a new program, especially for juniors and after an injury, and stop any exercise that hurts.
Ready-made sessions and exercises are written in our own words from published sources, which each one credits. Unless it says otherwise, nobody has reviewed them for a particular person. You decide what is right for the people you train, and how hard.
Reminders are a help, not a promise: one can be late or missing (the phone off or out of battery, notifications turned off, a change of time zone). Don't rely on them for anything that matters.
What you add stays yours
Your exercises, instructions, plans and logs belong to you. You let us store and show them only so RitBix can work for you. Please only add content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful. Links you add open other websites, which we don't control.
Our content
The app, this website and RitBix's ready-made packs are ours, or used with credit to their sources. You can use the packs and change your own copies for your training and the people you train. Please don't sell or republish them.
The app
RitBix is free while it's being tested. If it becomes paid, the price will be clear before you pay, and you will only ever pay for something you choose to buy. We work to keep RitBix running and your training safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features, and we'll tell you in the app before a change takes away anything you use.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for injuries or losses from training planned or logged in RitBix, for a reminder that is late or missing, or for losses from the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using RitBix and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why by email where we can.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. When they change, the date at the top changes too, and RitBix will tell you in the app about important changes before they apply.
